Light roast coffees keep many original coffee characteristics because the beans have not expanded to its fullest and retain the natural oils. Our light roast Nicaragua is mild and bright with a nice crisp acidity making for a refreshing cup of coffee. The aroma is fragrant and nutty, like almonds, then complex with citrus flavors on the palate.
